Top Ten Tuesday #4 - Resolution to Read

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme/feature hosted by The Broke & The Bookish.
Happy New Years Everyone! I hope and wish that this upcoming year be filled with lots of joy, laughter, love and happiness all around.
Book bloggers alone have so many choices when it comes to weekly memes, so for someone like myself who have not structured a weekly schedule as yet, as I don't know which feature to participate in, it can be quite daunting. However, for a fellow list-lover like myself I just couldn't pass up Top Ten Tuesday.
Each week Top Ten Tuesdays host will post their top ten list in answer to that weeks topic. Weekly the topic changes. More info and link to sign up can be found by clicking on the button above.
I have an entire bookshelf filled with TBR books, more books in my home are TBR than read...bad huh? However, most of them are series' and I was going to list it down so, luckily I read the future topics and the series topic is going to come up in March so I've altered this week's top ten, without further delay, and in no particular order...
Top Ten Books I Resolve To Read in 2013
- Insurgent by Veronica Roth
- Everneath by Brodi Ashton
- Once by Anna Carey
- Crave by Melissa Darnell
- Wolfsbane by Andrea Cremer
- Cinder by Marissa Meyer
- Marley & Me by John Grogan
- Life of Pi by Yann Martel
- Mini Shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella
- Deadlocked by Charlaine Harris

Great way to start the new year. With six dogs, I hate to say I haven't read Marley & Me but.... It is on my TBR pile, though. :)
I don't participate in many memes but I really like Top Ten Tuesday and try to do it as often as possible. It's also a good kick in the pants to write.
My Top Ten
Read Cinder first! That was without a doubt one of the best reads of 2012. Must read.
Cinder is so wonderful! I thought it sounded strange when I heard the description last year, but it ended up being one of my favorites of 2012. You're lucky if you read it now because you won't have to wait a year for Scarlet!
I thought Everneath had a pretty cover, but I never got around to reading it. I'll have to watch for reviews of the sequel to see if it's a series I should invest in.
Thanks for stopping by my blog! Following back!

Love the list! I also need to read Insurgent asap :) I have it on hold at the library and should be able to read it soon though. I'm a new follower here and am looking forward to reading some more of your posts!
I really liked Insurgent, Everneath and Mini Shopaholic. Deadlocked was ok. I'm happy the series is coming to an end next year because I think it's time.
Good luck getting to your list!
Cinder looks very interesting! I also need to finish Sookie Stackhouse too! I think this year will be her last book in the series. Thanks for stopping by and following, I'm now following too :) Happy New Year!
I hope to read Insurgent this year as well. I read Divergent but I never got around to it! I'm not quite sure why I kept putting it off though.
Krystianna @ Downright Dystopian
Life of Pi sounds really interesting. I loved Confessions of a Shopaholic, but have yet to read the rest of the series by Sophie Kinsella. I hope you get to read all of the books on your list. Thanks for stopping by and following. I am following you back! :)
You have to read Insurgent and Everneath! They were both fantastic :)
