Weekly Wrap Up

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kim @ Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Life Beyond Books

The last two weeks has been a real struggle to blog or read, I know I have been saying this for weeks now, but there's a flu going around here in NSW Australia nicknamed the 100 day flu, and just when I think I've shaken it off, it comes back. I don't know if I am getting re-infected (son goes to school) OR if it's not leaving my system and it re-emerges. So frustrating.

We have welcomed spring, but last week it seemed that summer had hit us extremely early, but today we've got a rather cool weather, so here's hoping it doesn't get too hot too quickly.

On a positive note I got to meet the amazing Veronica Roth at the Sydney Writer's Festival! Stay tuned for my full event recap, which hopefully will be up this week!

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!  Will also be linking up to Mailbox Monday. All books are linked to Goodreads, if you want to add to your shelf.

Hachette Australia sent me another copy of Muse of Nightmares, this one doesn't have red sprayed edges, but it's a finished edition, so if anyone knows anyone in Australia who has a #bookwish for this book, please contact me.

Thank you Bloomsbury for my copy of A Curse So Dark & Lonely by Brigid Kemmerer.

Book Blogger Hop is hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end on Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop's purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.

This week's Question?

What Author do you not read and why?

(Suggested by Elizabeth @ Silver's Reviews)

I don't really NOT actively read a specific Author's work. I am open to all Author's writing so long as I'm interested in the genre or story.
