Life Beyond Books
This week was both wonderful and terrible. It was my birthday!!! I only spent a quiet day with the Hubby and had lunch then cake with the whole family. It was a lovely day. We are going away this coming week for a few days, still don't know where.
Terrible because I was sick...STILL! This flu is truly lingering.
I was a bit better this week in the reading front, so I hope to keep the momentum going.

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! Will also be linking up to Mailbox Monday. All books are linked to Goodreads, if you want to add to your shelf.
I already had this on a Stacking the Shelf post a few weeks back, but it was the library's, so now I got myself my own copy. It is SIGNED (printed) by Laini Taylor and matches beautifully with my red sprayed Muse of Nightmares ARC.
Thank you Simon & Schuster!
Thank you Pan Macmillan Australia! Can't wait to read this one. The series covers are absolutely STUNNING and the spines look amazing altogether.
Book Blogger Hop is hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end on Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop's purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.
This week's Question?
Do you like to finish one book before starting the next or do you read several at once?
(Suggested by Cathy @ What Cathy Read Next)
I used to only read one book at a time, I felt that I finished books quicker that way, but this year, I've started reading several books at once just because I have one on my Kindle, another in the car and then another at home, and I kind of just read whichever grasps my attention at that moment. Or if I need a review out by a certain time.
However, if one book is really gripping, then I read that solely till it's finished and then continue on to other book or two.
