I'm Angelica, a not-so-young lover of Young Adult books. I was born in the Philippines, at 7 years of age I moved to Hong Kong and at 12 years of age I moved to Australia where I currently reside now with my 2 furbabies.

I come from a small immediate family consisting of my Mother and my Sister who is a whopping ten years younger than I. We are each other's best friends and biggest fans. My extended family are very close, despite us being scattered across the globe.

In 2005 I started a personal blog, but posting was sporadic at best. I later realised that most of my posts were book related so I decided to start a book blog, and in January 2013, Paperback Princess was born.

I started Paperback Princess as a hobby, a way to connect with other book lovers and an outlet for all my bookish endeavours. I've been a reader since I was a child, I was one of those children that was always reading, and so it was a natural progress for me, to find an outlet for my passion of reading.

Aside from Reading and Blogging I also enjoy Scrapbooking, Folk Art Painting, Shopping, Web Browsing and Spending quiet time with my family and friends. Other topics of interest for me includes Makeup, Gadgets & Technology, Organisation and Home Interior.
